The following activities are strictly prohibited on ubd app:

• Opening multiple accounts or managing an account on behalf of someone else
• Bonus arbitrage or misuse of the bonus system
• Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or glitches
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity
• Registering under a false identity or misleading customer support
• Threatening or harassing other users

Ubd app may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following situations:

• Account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months)
• At the user's own request
